second time on cambridge!

im only 18 years old and is this my second attempt. I started the cambridge diet when i were 15, very young but managed to loose 3 and a half stone in 13 weeks and stick to it 100%, bringing my weight down to 11st 10. Once returning from an all inclusive holiday i put on 12 pounds in 2 weeks. After that i lost my will power and quit the diet without the maintanence programme and thought i could just go back to eating what i did before. Well i piled the weight on and more.
Now back for my second attempt, day 6 im finding it okay, just missing my social life atm, just trying to keep focused on the end result! want to get down to 10st so got around 5st to loose, but im confident :)

the social life is an absolute git. no question. but let it motivate you to stay on the straight and narrow. any blips will just delay the day when you'll not only have your social life back, but you'll be enjoying it as a slim and lithe young thing!
