Huh? I lose about 1-2 lbs each week. It varies with people, there is no "target" to aim for, your body will do it's own thing! For you guys it's about 3-4 lbs a week... and some lucky ladies!
OK perhaps I worded that wrong, I meant that it is a bad thing to have the idea of 5lbs+ a week loss in your head, it's better to have a lower target that is far more likely to happen and be happy in the weeks where you lose more.
3 to 4lbs seems to be the average weekly loss for a lot around here, but you're right we are all different!
