Second week's weigh in...

    Was only 1lb but a loss is a loss and its all in the right directions and I am pleased. Its been a funny week with illness and I have always been below points but some days hardly any so maybe this is why. Also my TOTM is due in a few days or so.

    I am still so positive about it all which is amazing for me considering I feel unwell..

    Yes it is. Thank you :) I didnt want to disappoint after my extraordinary loss last wk. Still not sure how that happened? haha

    I would like to hit a stone mark with a good loss this wk. I cant exercise with this asthma I have right now. It would be very dodgy. So got to just try and do some walking if I can.

    hello, wanted to say welldone on the pound. it seems to be my regular loss each week and i know how frustrating it is when you want to see more coming off each time, BUT when its all added up it all counts and at least its going down :)
