second weigh in tomoz and I havent been such an angel

After a great first week sticking to ss 100% and losing a fantastic 14lb
this week hasnt been so good
its been TOTM and ive had the munchies BADDDDDDDD,
it started on Saturday when I caved in and had a chicken salad,(not too bad )
then yesterday I had a bite of my sons cake, and a couple of pieces of fudge,
today Ive been good again but feel like ive undone all the good from last week,only managed a pint of water today and a veg soup as Im just not in the mood to eat,just want to sleep

Hiya... you haven't been too bad at all. try to get the rest of your packs into you today to stop you from getting hungry and glug as much water as possible and ya never know the scales might just be kind to ya tomorrow:D :D

its not possible to have undone all your hard work with the little bit you had!!

you can't have put on all the weight you lost last week (which was a fantastic loss by the way) so don't worry too much. If you can try and get your mind set the way it was when you first started again, then you can start the new week and look at it as a new week and forget everything that has happened in the past few days.

Get yourself some rest if you can and try to look forward to tomorrow as a new start instead of dreading it because of what can't be changed. Unless you're unlucky TOTM only lasts a week so the munchies should hopefully go very soon, maybe you could set things so that you have your AAM week during that time if you really have to eat?

TOTM all done and dusted today so thats one good thing,
I did go and do aquatone Monday so hopefully that will balence some of the bad out,
just had a choc shake so thats helped, and Ill do my best to drink the other 3 pints before bed and fingers crossed

Well hun, next time it's TOTM you'll know to brace yourself ;)
We ALL have times like this, so don't beat yourself up over it.
You've done the hard work.. telling yoruself off and getting back on track! ;)
Whatever the scales say... just remember that you'll do better next week! And i'm sure you'll still have a loss :D
