Second weigh-in

Last week was a bit of a disaster.

I had a major cheat last Thursday (Day 11) at a colleague's leaving do. I had Indian food - the works. Rice, Chana (Chick peas), Naan and a Samosa. All delicious! I almost forgot - and 4 Ferrero Rochers.

I tried to get back on track over the weekend, but was fighting a losing battle.

I got on the scales this morning with trepidation and low and behold, I had gained 4 lbs.

Now I'm back to square one. Today is now my first day of Induction/Phase One.

Scamp and Karmawitch - I'll be setting-up and starting the 30 day Wii Active Challenge this evening. Will let you know the outcome.

Do not worry to much about the gain you will soon get it off again, thanks for the sorting out the wii challenge, I will log on later. I have just made the courgette soup out of the IPD cookbook and it was delicious but it does seem odd to be adding cream to food and expecting to loose weight, I can imagine my weight being up on Friday but we will see.

My W.I day is friday too. Maybe we should do a friday W.I thread to post all our results on friday (unless there is already one lol)

Mixed...funny as it may seem, it may help you if you stick religiously to induction now. Maybe a bit like carb cycling.

Whatever the science, you will have it off in no time!!! Good luck xxx

Don't worry about it mixed! Its probably just water weight you've put on from the carbs and you'll shed it quick enough!xx
