Helloooo everyone :sign0144:,
I've got an appt for tomorrow evening to get started on CD for the first time hopefully on Saturday... im figuring with the BH weekend if I can get started Saturday that will give me the 3 days of the long weekend to get started and a bit used to it before back to work on Tues.
Ive tried various diets in the past but Im lazy and need something that doesn't need a lot of thinking about, Im a really fussy eater that tends to overdo the whole takeaway treats.. (oops) so am hoping that this can help me get used to not eating all that rubbish and stop me generally feeling pretty crap all the time!
Fingers crossed, hopefully having the support of joining a forum like this I can make friends to help me along the way,
Any advice?
