    Helloooo everyone :sign0144:,

I've got an appt for tomorrow evening to get started on CD for the first time hopefully on Saturday... im figuring with the BH weekend if I can get started Saturday that will give me the 3 days of the long weekend to get started and a bit used to it before back to work on Tues.

Ive tried various diets in the past but Im lazy  and need something that doesn't need a lot of thinking about, Im a really fussy eater that tends to overdo the whole takeaway treats.. (oops) so am hoping that this can help me get used to not eating all that rubbish and stop me generally feeling pretty crap all the time!

Fingers crossed, hopefully having the support of joining a forum like this I can make friends to help me along the way,

    Any advice?

Hey sweet, just found this thread!
Best of luck with it, it is hard but the results are spectacular and the support on the forum is second to none. Any questions you have probably have already been asked before and there will be a thread somewhere but don't be shy to throw a question out there!
This is the only diet that has ever worked for me. Keep posting and let us know how you get on xx

They worry though dont they, not that my dad will mind it will be more of 'well cant you start later' or 'just have a small bite to eat then' but its bugging me as Im going tomorrow night and I really really want to just get started and it would have been ideal to get 3 days under my belt before back to work as thats where I struggle sitting at a desk all day, when Im at home im not too fussed and can quite happily just get on with it.. might see if I can sweet talk him round to letting me give it a miss, crikey im 36 i sound like a 17 yr old..ha ha

    Hi Lizi,

I am just coming to the end of my third week and I have to say that I am LOVING it!!! :D

The first few days are tough though, so if you can give it a miss then I would. I wouldn't have wanted to be working during those first three days! Day 2 was the worst for me, but now it's fine and I don't get hungry.

I started on Good Friday so that I had hubby at home for 4 days, so that he could help out with our little girl (16 months old) if I felt rough.

It's great now though because I have bags more energy than I did before :D

Good luck with it, whatever you decide.

    x
