Semolina???

Morning all, i have old books, and just wanted to know is Semolina (grain) free....or synned??

I first used semolina in a sweetcorn soup my group leader told me about now i add it to everything for thickening sauces, but you dont need a lot

You might be better adding a little instant mash, or some actual potatoes well cooked as theyre free - semolina isnt
