I guess there's been a little shift what with the summer holidays over and new schedules etc.
Well we still have 2/3 left of Sept so we could do a challenge for the next 3 weeks. How about it?

I'll aim for 15 hours.
Did 1.5 hrs cycling with the children yesterday, 2 hours walk/ jog today.
Hello folks count me in, although i'm deliberately cutting back from some previous levels! Want to focus on play (as per primal) plus toning up some wobbly bits on the vibro plate. Done 3 dance classes so far - fairly gentle to ease back in plus 15mins on the plate. Zumba tomorrow will likely be the killer after a month off
Ok Il add me now my torn Ligament is still playing up, my running has stopped and had about 2weeks off the gym. Heading bk tomorrow. Will aim for 10hrs x
