Well, I lost 3.75lbs this week - not bad considering how little water I've managed to drink this week. Lower than I'd like but still happy with it.

Hey Andy! I know how you feel, I did the same this week. But I think it feels better when you know why it is less than you like. But like I said to myself today. 3lb is still a really good loss. 3lb closer to goal!!! Well done!

hows everyone doing today?
ive a day of college so gonna lounge round for a while and clean etc!! got my 5litres down yes hoping for bout 5-5and a half today!! really want to keep the water right up this week!! heading for my shake now in a sec...yummy vanilla with coffee...oh yum haha
 
I'm on my first 500ml of the day! I am trying uber hard to do the water thing this week. It was the undoing of me last week!!

just finished my first shake even though think im getting a bug cause feel like chucking it up!! the lil lad has it the last couple of nights so fingers crossed i didnt get it!! gonna get up and scrub the house now...it needs it haha!!

I'm struggling to drink anything - I have only had a mouthful since about 5pm last night. I am off work today so will be just resting (cold is lossening now on my chest). If I manage 3l today I'll call that a win.

where is everyone? nearly week 10 over for me...woohoo!!
bought a dress today for a party and tried it on for oh...lets just say i got a good recption lol!!! ;)
 
I'm half way through week 8 and still struggling a bit with water. But tomorrow I go swimming so hopefully I'll start getting into that routine at least,
 
I'm struggling with another low loss this week. Maybe I need milk week to fool my body and kick the weight loss in. I'm being totally abstinent and drinking my water like a good girl.

Anyone else having this problem in week 10/week 11?
 
i think ill be lowish this week to and im finishing week 10 tomorro!! would be happy if i got 3or that to be half lb away from my 3stone!

i have a bugger of a headache and feeling yucky!! dunno why and not sick, have an exam in couple of hours so gotta study...booo!!!!!! lol
 
Yey! Got my laptop back! Keeps cutting out but at least i've been able to access all my files. Makes you realise what you keep on your computer.

Hope you are feeling better now Andy. Sorry to hear you got another cold (or was it man flu lol).

Rae, i'm struggling a bit now with losses. Last week I only lost 1.3 lbs and i'm not holding out for much tonight either. But then I do feel slim now so I'm not too concerned. Still have around a stone to lose though.

I've been struggling with the water intake now. Have been OK until about 3 weeks ago, but I am so cold now and the water makes me colder. Not that keen on black hot drinks. Started having my shakes hot too and that helps with the cold but not with the water content.

Starting to get worried about re-introducing food now. I know it is still another 4 weeks but I have been reading some horror stories online. People slagging off the diet and saying they put all and more back on. How do you all feel about this?
