Serenity's weight loss quest

Well I'm a returner to slimming world. Have dabbles about with it a few times online however never really been able to stick to it (as with about 5 other diets lol). So have taken the plunge and joined the local group this week with my sister, hoping it will give me a bit more incentive!

Anyway I thought keeping a diary might help keep me on track so here we are. I joined the group on tuesday night and started food optimising on wednesday. So far so good. Have stuck to it 100% no cheats. A slight panic when I ate a mini naan bread then discovered it had a few more syns than I thought however was still within my syns for the day (14.5 so only just).

Am feeling quite positive about it so far and was great seeing the support that everyone got at the group. Much better than the automated messages you get online I thought and fingers crossed it will keep me motivated! :)

Not going to go back and post all my meals for the past 3 days but will start for today. I'm doing the extra easy plan.

B: Mullerlight and fruit.
L: Either a ham or roast beef sandwich with loads of salad. 2 slices of nimble bread (HEB) and a scraping of mayo 0.5 SYN
D: Diced chicken, rice and veg fried with some frylight

Snacks: seafood sticks, fruit and veg. 2 dairylea strippers (HEA)


Now saturdays I usually go to my Dad's house to watch x factor and have a few drinks so have planned to save my syns today so I can still have a couple of vodka and diet cokes this evening. 4 shots should be 10 syns and going to measure it out before I go lol :)
