I have been very good till now but today I cooked for the first time since I have been on CD. I was making Chicken Korma and Fried Fish and I picked few times :'( anyone any advice? More water???
yep , picking is the hardest thing to stop , its just habit and you do it without realising . Dont worry about it and just try and be more awar next time you cook
