Day 6 Relaunce

" FOOD TALK "

Start of maintenance!

Adding same as yesterday.

Breakfast: Strawberry shake
Mid morning: Banana
Lunch: Bar
Mid afternoon: skinny cap
Dinner: salmon fillet sprinkled with piri piri seasoning,with salad sprinkled with mixed beans,with a spoon of lite coleslaw.
Followed by w/w fromage frais.
3 litres water

Exercise
Shake a weight
Ab circle pro

Had a lazy good day.:)
Not much for the seasoning I had for my salmon,but salmon was lovely though.:p
The mixed beans have made me a bit windy,suppose my body will get used to it,very nice!:)
Weigh in tomorrow,will be interesting:eek:

Lunch: chicken salad with mixed beans & carrots,sprinkled with fat free honey & mustard dressing.
Followed by w/w f/frais
Mid afternoon: bar
Supper: another bar after weigh in.

2 litres water

Yay,yay,yippee!
Omg! Lost 2.5 lbs got to my gaol,totally amazed after what I've eaten this week,so I've got that feeling again whoot woo! I'm sooo happy and excited,can you tell??:):)
Just 4 lbs to go to my target of loosing 7 stone in total!:)
Then I will have 7 lbs to play with!
Still can't believe I've lost this week!;);)
My LLC said I am healthy now as my Bmi is now 24.8!:D
