SF Advice Please

Hi folks, I have recently joined WW and although I am loosing a bit of weight it just isnt coming off fast enough for my needs! I have to loose around 2 and a half stone before the NHS will let me have fertility treatment :cry:I can start my treatment as soon as January if I can have this weigh off, I also have a weigh in at the hospital the middle of October and I need to show them a decent weightloss. Now question is if i done the SF diet how much do you think I could loose before my weigh in next month?

Sorry for sounding so desperate - but I am..!! ;)

Hi, of course everybody is different. But most will get a really good loss in the first week if you stick to your plan 100% and make sure you drink plenty of water. First week you could loose anywhere between 2 and 8lbs, some people have even lost as much as 10lb in their first week. First week losses are mainly water tho bear in mind, changes onto any diet after eating whatever you like generally show a good loss. After that you'd probably be looking at a steady loss of 1-2lbs a week, possibly a bit more at first.

Are you exercising atleast 30 minutes a day? That will really take it off of you faster. And stretch alot it will help loosen up your muscles so you can burn calories faster when working out! If you dont have time to work out just try to be active in anyway! and cut sweets completely out if your trying to lose fast. Goodluck hun!

good luck angel mouse, SF is an excellent diet, i have lost over 3 stone in 4.5 weeks, the key to all diets that actually works is exercise well with it and dont cheat the diet :)
