    Hello everyone
    Hope you don't mind me joining this forum , I previously did lipotrim and lost nearly 4 stone, I put about 2.5 stone back on so I'm back on the shakes starting today, unfortunately I've got a lot going in at the moment money wise so I've bought shake that weight shakes instead of lipotrim as they are cheaper but they do work in the same way and all same rules apply as with lipotrim, just means I have to do my own weigh I. And rely on you guys for support (please)
    Hope everyone is doing well, here's to day 1

    In all fairness they aren't to bad, I'd say they are a bit sweeter but they aren't completely horrible considering they are almost half the price. My other half has decided to join aswell and he likes them so they must be nice (as he's the fussiest person ever) also men can have up to 5 on this plan as they are less calories than lipotrim.
    can't wait to get this week over with, I've just cooked for the kids and I'm starving :-( day 1-3 are the worst tho if I remember rightly

    Not hungry as such but craving food, can't wait
    Till day 7 so I can see how much I've lost!, how's everyone in lipotrim doing?

    Well done, at least the worst is over now. Hopefully you'll be able to get into a routine now and plod along :eek:)

    Not bad thanks - 7 week weigh day tomorrow. I had my first spin class yesterday which went better than expected and donated platelets tonight without a hitch so pretty positive at the moment.

    Hopefully I'll only have another 4 or so weeks to hit my target then the true struggle will start in changing my lifestyle to keep it off

    That's a massive achievement well done! you must be so proud of yourself , how much have you lost in that time?
    I need to join some classes I think, I'll give my self few more days getting used to the shakes first then look in to it.
    Keeping it off is hard, I'm gutted I lost 4 then bit half of it back on. That's why I'm back tho, I've learnt my lesson so when I finish I plan on joining slimming world to keep it off

    I'm 3st 6lbs down now and want to lose another 1.5 or so

    I lost about 4 stones 10 years ago when I stopped smoking and hovered around 15 to 16 stones for years.

    This time it's more of a lifestyle change. I've lost too many friends recently to smoking / weight / drink related Problems and it's hit me hard. I've realised that I'm not mortal and that if I didn't ramp up both the exercise and weight loss I'd not be here in a few years.

    Give it a couple of weeks to settle in then start some light cardio, I'm only on my 3rd week but am finding I'm not exhausted when I get out of the gym now.

    Hope your getting on well

    Well done on stopping smoking and well done on the weight loss that is a lot! You say you are in your 3rd week you haven't lost the whole 3stone in 3 weeks have you? If you have that's amazing! Or have I read that wrong lol

    It's amazing how precious life is and you don't think about it until you lose someone you care about, we should look after our body's, can't believe how much rubbish I was putting in to mine, no wonder I put in weight, I'm determined to lose it all tho.

    Today was easier which is good, I'm getting there slowly

    Sorry Steve just read that again you been doing it 7 weeks and 3 weeks doing the work outs, I was going to day surely losing that much weight I. 3 weeks would be impossible but even 7 weeks is amazing, no other diets would do that! Got to love vlcd even tho sometimes we also hate them

    Hi ya,

    I've just finished my 7th week - I wish I'd lost 3st 6lb in 3 but alas i think a miracle would be needed to lose it that fast
