Have you noticed a difference in the at you look or your clothes then with losing 10lb, read somewhere that 10lb was a dress size!
Exciting times Mrs. ...my tummy lot flatter and skin feels little firmer....I just be pleased when this cold and sore throat has gone never felt so lousy and only being on 400 calories a day not helped .....xx
