thanks, i noticed the sticky on here after i posted this lol

Also, do have to have the same ones every week, so say if you brought them, can you only buy the same flavours for that week, im really confused about it all.

Hi there, no you can have whatever flavours you want so just get a mix of them and see what you like the best. HTH! x

hiya, u can get a mix of anything. Id say def try them all because everyone is different. You can have the bars from week 3. The tetra's are handy as well espec if your out and about!

Yeah i agree with becky, tetras are great for me in the morning as i have no time for breakfast. I find what works for me once you get onto bars is half a bar at tea time, then other half later on (when alot are prone to snacking). Also water flavourings are great for extra water drinkage, although do check with your cdc what week your allowed them. And good luck chick, stick with this website, its really really motivated me, check out the slideshow to. thats REALLY motivational! x x x x
