I FEEL GREAT. Shakes have gone, BUT new thing now.


Really bad breath OMG, stay away. But I don't care, did I mention I feel great

Hahahaha the bad breath is probably not as bad as you think it is.
My OH says he can only smell it when im really close to him.

Rinsing with mouthwash, lots of water and even green tea seems to be working for me at the moment.

I agree with the water, that seems to stave it off for me, plus always having some mouthwash with me
I gargle and brush my teeth after each shake.. plus having nice clean teeth stops me wanting to eat - well for a while anyway
