Shape delights

Hi,
can anyone tell me the syn values of those new Shape Delight pudding things? White chocolate, chocolate or caramel flavour. Or does anyone have any good recommendations for puddingy type things, I know the low-syn chocolate mousses - anything else? I am craving something sweet!
