Shape Zero yoghurts HELP!!

Hi all,

I know there \are many many threads on syn free yoghurts but some are outdated. Just wanted to know are Danone shape zero packs of 4 yoghurts syn free??

Also how many syns in activia's??

shape zero are free

I do actually think the yoghurt thread is quite up to date.

Activia fat free are free on all plans BUT look carefully that they are the fat free, the new individual pots are fat free (not intensely creamy)in the 4/8 packs look for the blue bit in the corner that says fat free. The others all have syns
