Sharing my nice dinner today

Hello all,

I just thought I'd share the nice dinner we've just had. I saw something similar on a TV programme the other night.

We had duck (no skin) with rocket, orange and grapefruit segments and juice salad. We had a few new potatoes in their skins for my HEB, but would be just as nice without.

We cooked the duck in the oven, with some chinese five spice on, then tossed in the salad and served.
