Ah cats dont you just love 'em. We can only open the top windows in our bedroom but Nina still likes to somehow perch and its scare the hell out of me!! Do you get lots of people wanting to stroke your Willy?

Thanks for lovely visits

Been sticking to diet and doing my WII sports - so all good. Working at home today so trying to avoid the garden as I'll end up lying in it all day and not doing my work!

Not sure about food today, but will stick to about 18 points I think... Getting really bored with the same food all the time must have a sneaky peak at people's diaries for ideas!!

honestly do you have time to sunbathe
as for food lunch was mushroom pate on nimble toasted with cucumber - dinner I have NO idea it was going to be houmous in a pitta with a lot of salad BUT I have run out of salad and houmous - so will need to do a rethink there

I'll probably end up having chicken and salad, which I do like, but I'm getting soooo bored of it. Mmm - Jersey pots reminds me to get some Salmon - love it with Jerseys!

Managed to get work done, spend 30 mins in garden AND do my Wii sports today, so a very productive day indeed!

Hope I lose tomorrow - scales have been all over place this week for some reason!

Well, lost 1lb tonight. Was hoping for a bit more, but as I said the scales have been a bit all over the place this week for some reason So, at least it's a loss!
