Hi all,
Started SW on Tuesday and hopefully a diary will help keep me on track.
A bit about me - I've done every diet known to man (and some unknown!) and want this one to stick this time!! I LOVE processed food (Breaded chicken my absoloute fav!!) so will struggle a bit giving it up, but I know it's not healthy!
I'm 43 and I want to lose 5 stone - no I NEED to lose 5 stone -this is the heaviest I've been in years
Going back to the Gym from tomorrow onwards too - so hopefully that'll speed up the loses!
So from Tuesday to today.
Wednesday: EE plan
Breakfast:
2x Weetabix -hexB

Lunch:
Steamed chicken breast
Salad (lettuce, tomato, onion, peppers)
