Well yesterday went ok, no slip--ups so far!!!! Onwards & upwards!!!

Tsp of lite seafood sauce 1

D: creamy tomato pasta from the SW website (nice)

Sorry for not updating last night, but was busy at WI.......

Had two bits of good news.....

1. I lost 3.5lbs!!!!!

2. My son has an interview for a job starting after he finishes his A-levels!!!!

So happy right now.

Sorry I've been AWOL Been really busy at work and too shattered to log on when I got home

Anyhow I lost 1.5lb this week, so that 5lb in 2 weeks

Will start my diary again tomorrow

You're not the only one to have gone AWOL honey! I dissappeared on Friday and didn't reappear again until Yesterday - simply because I had been that naughty I felt too guilty to log in lol :eek: Had a big gain so am back on it this week!

Well done on your loss! 5lb in two weeks is absolutely cracking, you must be chuffed with that!! :)
