Hi all I happened to lost all my info from last time so here I am starting fresh!! Day1 today n hoping I will find lots of support on here, n someone to help me pass these first 3 days!!!!

Good luck! I am on day 4 first few days were fine, but struggling today not with hunger just a bit down and bloody freezing.

But I know this will pass,;-))

Shini just take one day at a time, you will get loads of support in here everyone seems very supportive )

Thanx u supergran ... Today being day1 im feeling good !! Going to have 2nd shake, my feet r freezing yet I'm indoors lol x
