Just found these on the web.. from the sounds of them they seem like they would be okay to eat as a carb free version of Pasta and noodles.. I have attached the webpage for whom ever would like to look..

i tried them before exante and i want to let you know these are vile... its like chewing on real rubber it has the exact same texture... the smell is horrific when you open the noodles from the packet its like dead fish! i thought i was going to puke! waste of money!!!
