Well you're obviously gonna get the munchies, and you'll be so relaxed you'll probably end up cheating so I wouldn't recommend it! I don't smoke it myself but I don't think it's a good idea to smoke something that'll give you massive hunger pangs when you're not eating...

    Hi,

Firstly, Kopcat - Shisha is not a drug, there are shisha cafes all over London, and it orginators from Arab / India. Basically, a tobacco mixture that includes fruits (which is LEGAL!!!). This is NOT LIKE SMOKING WEED - where the munchies may take place.

Smoking a shisha is the same as smoking 1/8 of a normal cigarette.

My question was around, as it is mixed with fruits would it affect my weight loss.

I hope that clears any confusion on what Shisha is!

    Thanks,
    S

Oh I was thinking weed because a lot of people call that shisha, from the word hashish.

don't see why there would be a problem. Just be aware that a few of us report feeling dizzy/lightheaded at times and the shisha may contribute to that ...so don't get up quickly after doing it! It should be fine.
