    Hiya I'm toying with the idea with Fish and chips tonight. Hubby is doing our bedroom so isn't likely to be finished till late. Anyway I've looked at the food directory 09 and see if you have cod with batter removed its FREE on EE and Red

    I'm really shocked and pleased as I don't eat the batter anyway lol

    my local chippy does mini fish and chips, which means I don't eat more than necessary and choose a large portion of mushy peas for their speed food properties

    I much prefer SW-style* fish and chips - syn free! - sure I miss the batter, but it is hardly good for you;)

    * Chips done in Actifry rather than oven
