Plenty of toilet roll( you will go lots :) lol)

Dulcoease is a stool softener and won't help you go (but makes it easier when you do go) so you might want to consider having something like senna or Dulcolax Pico Perles around if you find that you can't go. You will go a lot less on this diet but some people (like me) find that they need a bit of help. Some people find the sweeteners in the bars etc. send them the other way though so might be worth waiting a few days to find out which category you fall into. Just don't let things go too far though as it will be agony to go if you leave things for say 10 days. Pico Perles have been my lifesaver on this diet. Sorry if TMI but it's better to know than not!

What's wheat bran? Where do u get that? :)

guys, i have issues with BM anyway let alone on VLCD, so i have some flaxseed oil capsules i was going to take every day with 3 of the packs... do you think these are all good?

..if you check out the "porridge...more like wallpaper paste thread" on the main board there is a lot of wheat bran chat...hehe... pop it in the porridge..or if you use a blender, can blend some into your shakes.

I got mine in Holland and Barrett
....sure the wheat bran experts will be along hehe :)

Sorry do you mean 500ml of juice? then added to water? I normally don't use much. I'm not sure how much my cup at work holds haha XD Might have to work that out. xx

Ah thanks RebekahR, I have been wondering where I could get some wheat bran from!

At first I couldn't find it on the Holland and Barrett site but a Google search found 3 different ones. I will try and get into town next week and get some, unless someone says it's sold in a supermarket I'll get it from there instead so I can save on the parking fee lol.

Only use a small amount of bran as it has carbs. 1 tablespoon of wheat bran max I would say (13 calories, 1g of carbs). You'd need to check the oat bran.

I've had it from asda before luv2beslim...so dont pay for parking hun! have a look when you go next, they should have it at supermarkets :)
