    am off to Morrison's for a shop, am wanting to stock up on free foods, don't want to eat savoury rice every day at work this week lol, so lunch and branded food ideas please, am mostly green days :)

    Morrisons do microwaveable pouches of veg curry / veg chilli that I have seen in SW mag that are 1 syn on green.

    Haven't tasted them but they could make a quick and easy hot lunch.
    Supernoodles and salads are good too.

    I tend to just eat leftovers from the night before or make a salad if there's none left :)

    Chicken and Mushroom Pot Noodle - 4.5 syns a pot on Green
    Pasta and Sauce
    Heinz Ravioli in a tin
    Baked Beans and Jacket pots - add cheese to use a HEA choice!
    Salads -
    Stir Fry veg and a low syn sauce - and add some chicken using a HEB?
    Grab some eggs and cottage cheese to make a SW Quiche
    Chick Pea Dahl and some rice

    That enough for this week? :D xxx

    is that really all a pot noodle is? i thought they used to be really high syns?
