Morrisons do microwaveable pouches of veg curry / veg chilli that I have seen in SW mag that are 1 syn on green.

Haven't tasted them but they could make a quick and easy hot lunch.
Supernoodles and salads are good too.

I tend to just eat leftovers from the night before or make a salad if there's none left :)

Chicken and Mushroom Pot Noodle - 4.5 syns a pot on Green
Pasta and Sauce
Heinz Ravioli in a tin
Baked Beans and Jacket pots - add cheese to use a HEA choice!
Salads -
Stir Fry veg and a low syn sauce - and add some chicken using a HEB?
Grab some eggs and cottage cheese to make a SW Quiche
Chick Pea Dahl and some rice

That enough for this week? :D xxx

is that really all a pot noodle is? i thought they used to be really high syns?
