i know theres a thread around here somewhere but i kinda went off the wgaon so i am joining a new club tonight after work and am going shopping

wanna do mainly red days so my main two questions are

1 - what do you buy in your weekly shop
2 - how do you deal with buying meat, do you but the "value" stuff or do you buy frozen!?!

does anyone do just red days these days, as everyone seems to be doing EE!!!

    Any tips/advice would be great!!

I buy alot of "whoopsie" (reduced) meat and fish, also tinned fish is usually good value... good luck

Depends on the meat in question. I like to have a look at it and gague it from there.

I also buy a lot on offer and freeze it.

Check out local markets too, my local market butcher was doing 4lb of rump steak (lean) for £10 (10 steaks) and my local fish market frozen salmon fillet 50p per lb, BOGOF as they wanted shot of it as couldnt refreeze it. So I cooked it and then froze it. Wunderbar!
