Hello lovelies, I am sorry not been able to get on loads going on here ...will let you know later what lol
I fear a big gain this week, had so much to eat and drink at the weekend, which was fabulous...really enjoyed the whiole time only complaint is it went too fast ....plus as my psoriasis was resisting everything I have had to push my steroid tablets to full strength, not done that for close on 2 years now and I am paying the price with the side effects, other than the constant hunger my mouth, lips, nose and face and neck are very sore and covered in sores and unfortunately it hasn't seemed to have had the desired effect even though I have been on them now for over a week .........last time it took just 5 days and it cleared it, even though the doc said it could take as long as 3 months, the thought of being at full strength for that long is not appealing....anyways Iwill be back later after wi which I am dreading lol ...have a great day all and ttfn :hug99:xxx

Hello lovelies, well I did have a gain but to be honest it was a lot less than I feared so I am reasonably happy ....+ 4.5lbs I believed it would be in the region of 7+lbs so that was a result lol....I had a fabulous weekend and drank and ate exactly what I wanted ...got rat arsed 2 nights running and didn't even worry about what I ate either, had a full english every morning with toast and mini pastries and it was gorgeous, had a home made burger (Meditteranean style with Mozzarella and Pepperoni), Fries and creamy coleslaw then Saturday night at Latino's Taverna (which I highly recommend) I had the house Meze, 20 dishes all very small of course, but were they filling and so yummy too....we snacked on Mug Shots and Bombay Mix lol and had a fabulous weekend oh and my nieces Birthday cake was made by her future mum in law and was to die for ...the lightest lemon flavoured sponge with a light lemon butter ice filling and a light icing on top...yummy and so now it is back to the grindstone and I am aiming to get that 4.5lb off next with and hopefully a couple more of their cousins lol xxx

Oh and before I forget...the news I was going to tell you that kept me off Mini's ......as you know Kirsty is pregnant and has just 7 weeks left to go 
.............well yesterday we found out that Kelly is also pregnant and is due on 24th June so within 8 months I will be a grandma again ...twice .....we were at her house today when she told her children who are astounded lol Kelsi (who will be 15 next b'day) was really shocked but is ok if she gets to name baby lol...Kia (who is nearly 12) is over the moon, she just adores babies and can't wait to spoil Kelly and the new baby lol and Jack (who is nearly 9) seems a little threatened and jealous, first thing he did was to put on his baby voice and wouldn't leave Kelly and Simon alone, so we are all going to have to be a little careful there, but I am sure that he will be fine if handled properly.
We have decided between us that we really want Kelly to have another girl, during both her pregnancies with the 2 girls she was serene and very placid...with her pregnancy with Jack, she was like the girl out of the Exorcist, Regan and I am certain I saw Kelly's head spin full 360 degrees on more than one occasion lol, so :fingerscrossed: eh :giggle: xxx

Hello lovelies, thank you so much for your lovely messages, Kelly has had the pregnancy confirmed and is due to see her specialist in a fortnight, she is epileptic and will be monitored stringently from a very early date ...as far as we know the tablets that she is on for her epilepsy are safe while pregnant (they were the last 3 times, but who knows if that's all changed by now lol, been almost 10 years since she was pregnant), we are over the moon to have both the girls pregnant at the same times, I admire Kelly going for her 4th child, I couldn't have coped with that many personally ...when Kelly was just a wee little un she told me she wanted 14 kids and had she not had the epilepsy and other problems (she has Negative blood too so needs an Anti D injection and has asthma and other health issues, a lot like her mother really lol ) I really believe she would have had that many too lol
Kirsty has no health issues as such and is just 6 weeks away from her due date, last night she came down and showed me her tummy which looks really tight and she has masses of stretch marks and they were very sore and itchy, so we put vinegar on it and then covered it in talc and hey presto soreness gone lol (old wives tale my nan told me years ago when I had the same problem ).
As for me my psoriasis has been the worst it has ever been, that I remember, I haven't been able to stand and have been getting about by crawling and on top of that the tablets have made my skin hyper sensitive and it is very sore to touch, and I keep getting what I can only describe as what feels like somebody dragging a serrated edged knife across the bottom of my foot, kind of pain and to top it all off, one of the side effects of taking a full dose of the acitretin (Neotigasin) tablets is that your skin peels badly, so my entire body is shedding (will add a picture shortly of my hands), I have sat and thought all week about this because being on the full dose is giving me a hunger I can't satiate, I am going to try and be as good as I can be with my food and have so far been eating like a horse but mostly eating the right things, I will continue with SW but I am going to stop beating myself up over things I can't control.....I am still 11st + less than I weighed 4 years ago and I am ecstatic with that, I am going to concentrate on me and my marriage and getting myself and my skin in a good place....this has put a huge strain on my marriage and has caused a vicious circle....because my psoriasis is so bad I have been very moody and that in turn has resulted in Mal being the same, we have argued to the point of wanting a divorce but then sat down and really discussed what was going on, that in itself has helped as the stress was just making my condition worse ....I have cried more tears in the last week than I knew I had inside me ....but I won't give in and I will complete this journey, no matter what is thrown at me and no matter how long it takes.
I may not always be able to get on here for one reason or another, but I do always think of you all and wish you all well...thank you all so much for supporting me and helping me get through these tough times xxx:hug99:xxx :sign0168: x
