Winning a losing battle!
I have just started having the crunch bars in week 4/5 and had a peanut crunch on friday and cranberry on Sunday, however, the side effects are really unpleasant.
Without going into TMI, they make me very bloated and *ahem* windy.
I bought the bars to take to work with me when I'm in the office as I'm starting to get bored of the tetra's day in day out, however, working in a very small office with 3 men is bad enough let alone with the side effects I've had!
Is there anything I can do to limit the side effects - are the other bars any better?
