Yes of course you can. The best thing about slimming world is the variety! I do mostly red days, I have green day as a treat (I have pcos so try to stay away from carbs as much as I can) I'm an old school slimming worlder, been doing it off and on since I was 8 so can't get my head round extra easy so I only have ee days as a special treat, even then I'm like...meat AND pasta free....whaaaa!
