Silver Bay Rose ( Low Calorie Wine)

Evening,

i am on my first week of slimming world..i have nearly 11 stone to lose!!!!! *gulp* ...i can give up most things..chocolate, biscuits and crisps etc but not quite the wine ..just yet anyway.

Tesco have started selling a wine called Silver Bay ...it comes in white/rose/merlot ...its a low calorie wine..but it doesnt really give to much info..i looked everyone online for syn value and cant find it..anyone heard/tried/seen this to give mea syn value ? xx

if it is the 8% do not think classed as low calorie so you just as well buy 12/13% for same syns

It'll be 1 syn per 20 calories. According to their website that's 79 kcal per 125ml so 4 syns. 125ml is a very small glass though, it still works out at 8 syns for a large glass which is only a syn or so less than the good stuff!
