I've just gotten into the healthy BMI zone and am so happy! I've lost 2.8 stones and would like to have a total loss of 4 stones so a little while before I get gold
that'll get me into the middle of the healthy BMI range.
My friends are so complimentary and I feel so much better about myself. I stand up straighter and look people in the eyes, strangers are met with a smile. I do feel I'm met differently but it's my positive energy that is welcomed, rather than just my improved looks
I've started to introduce food into my diet especially on days when I want to socialise as I do think it's been difficult to socialise not drinking or eating and the weight is still dropping which is encouraging. My cousin came from abroad for the Olympics so we went out for dinners and I did have more to eat than I'd expected but it didn't feel right to let her eat on her own and we were out all day so I was just sensible about what choices I made. At first I put on a little but then two days on SS and it was gone completely and I'd lost 2 pounds.
I've started going to the gym too - focusing on core classes which is an area I need to improve for health and looks.
I really love the bars and the chocolate and vanilla shakes so once I get to the end of my journey, I'll probably have a little stash somewhere
