Simply filling food diary

Hi everyone,

I am trying the ww simply filling plan and posted my diary on the sub forum but not sure anyone actually goes on there. Wondering if its ok to post on here or does no one do simply filling anymore? Many thanks

Post away, i am doing propoints but i think there are a few on here that do simply filling if you have any questions just ask and hopefully we will be able to guide you

Fromage frais with grapefruit and banana

Cauliflour pizza with cottage cheese and salad

Pasta bake with sprinkle of parmasan (counting 2points)

Weekly total 17/49 (guestimating 15 sunday to be on the safe side).

Today has been


Ff with grapefruit (150)
Pasta and veg bake (250)
Cottage cheese and ryvita (150)
Carrot and suede mash, veg and wholegrain noodles (300)
Protein bar (250)

Points this week 22/49

Will maybe have some hot chocs today too so will update again later :)

Protein bar = 7pp but earnt 3 from gym this morning
