Simply filling recipes

Just looking at my sf list, and it is a bit confusing...

It shows EGG as a title, not as a free food, underneath the title, it says egg white, duck egg, goose egg, hens and quail.

so would it be classed as a free food ?

Thanks In advance !!

If u do it with tinned toms and lemon juice instead of passata it's really yummy, think that's what's put in Dolmieo Spag sauce!

Thought I'd post this here:

Mexican chicken stew

You need:
1 chicken breast per person
Tin tomatoes
Garlic powder or fresh if you like
Dried or fresh chilis
Smoked paprika
Fresh coriander
Onions
Celery
Frozen peas
Brown rice to serve with :)
Oil or spray oil

Fry onions, garlic and peas until softened. Add garlic, chilis and smoked paprika (I never measure, chuck in what you think is right!) and stir in your tin of tomatoes. Allow to simmer for a few mins, then put in your chicken breasts. Cover them with the sauce and simmer until the chicken is cooked. You might want to add some extra water for this to keep it liquid. When the chicken is cooked, shred it finely with a knife and fork and stir into the sauce. Serve over brown rice with some freshly chopped coriander and voila!

Delicious and free on SF :)
