Simply Filling Technique

After losing focus and having a really bad week and putting on 1.5lb I decided to do the simply filling technique for a week to see if it helps me re-focus.

I know the basics where you have 3 meals a day from the list but would it be ok to have say a low fat yoghurt after my dinner? Might sound like a silly question but I want to do everything right this week.
