Simply filling

Hi peeps, I'm starting simply filling today and was wondering if anyone else is doing it. I need a buddy lol. Someone to help me and support each other on the journey to being slimmer :) x
 
Hi simply filling is like the old core plan, you fill up on simply filling foods like potatoes, pasta, meat, eggs, bread, crumpets etc and you still get your 49 weekly points . Anything that's not a power food you count as propoints . The info in the back page of the ww live book x
