Don't be disappointed hun. Congratulations on losing this week. We will always have natural fluctuations in weight. Keep on track and be proud of yourself!
 
I lost 1/2 too this week - I see it as a set up for an even better week next week! I know it's hard not to be disheartened but a loss is a loss and next week's gonna be better :D x

Don't panic! What day's official weigh in? Work out how many syns you've had a give yourself an allowance for the rest of the week. I had a quality street pig out today (oops!) and having to do this myself.

Or alternatively consider it done with and tomorrow is a new, on plan, day.

Whichever you choose don't be angry with yourself. And you might still get a loss - losing weight isn't always cause and effect so you never know ;) xxx

Thanks missy. I get weighed on Wednesday. I'm way over on my syns already, even before the binge so I'm certain I'll gain. Have got major work stress just now and it's getting me down so much. I just wish I wasn't a comfort eater.

yeah i've not gone hungry at all but im not eating massive amounts either, just goes to show sugary empty calorie crap makes you fat and fills you up for all of about an hour then you eat more because your hungry again x
 
Only 1lb lost this week and was disappointed but am coming to terms with it and despite a spot of emotional eating I'm gonna start again in the morning with a clean slate. And maybe try and up the ante in the exercise department to ensure a better loss next week. Well done to everyone and their losses this week!

Feeling like crap when I got the kids to bed last night, but thought let me try and do 5 mins on the exercise bike as 5 mins is better than nothing. I managed my 30min target - and had more energy afterwards :) On track to do my 5 sessions of exercise again this week - yay!
