What is he doing??

OH has bought me an exercise machine and a couple of fitness cd`s. Think he`s trying to tell me something, not that he`s got room to talk!!
Exercise machine is the abcircle pro. There`s two main exercises. 1st one you kneel on it holding the bar and your bum swings from side to side with your knees in unison.

OH has bought me an exercise machine and a couple of fitness cd`s. Think he`s trying to tell me something, not that he`s got room to talk!!
