i gained a pound last week and then lost it again this week, i didnt update last week so im basically the same as where i was 3 weeks ago in the list so no need to update. i really need to start having some decent weight losses again. getting really annoyed with myself now, even been temoted to switch to atkins for 2 weeks just to get a bit off.

are you on extra easy? maybe try a different day- red might be the way to go- if you want to do atkins, i dont have much experience with either, because there is no way anyone would get me to cut carbs out of my diet. but they seem pretty similar

try different days- see how you go with red, then maybe try green

or speak to your C about success express- apparently that's good but it is VERY strict in comparison to the normal days

i've just read up on fast forward (well i havent because apparently we're not allowed to talk about it on here)

i'll have a chat with my consultant- by the looks of it, they are 2 different things, and both help boost weight loss- but we can talk about SE (and apparently it is more than just the 2/3 superfree- but i'll talk to my friend about it so she can clarify) but not about FF.

meh, i don't need either right now, but it would be nice to know about it, just in case i need it in the future
