why arent we allowed to talk about fast forward?? or keep booklets on it? my c has never mentioned this. and se i have tried before apparently you have 2/3 super free at each meal but also you can have 2 hex's a and b but you have to take the higher syn value when synning anything. i want to know what fast forward is....if you cant talk about it on here can someone pm me what you do please?

yeah the email was rubbish tbh, it was the wrong way round and when i rotated it you couldnt read half of it, so i was reading it on a side. it all sounds very complicated tbh. having so many points and picking out of light meals and main meals etc. i have really tried this week, so hard, i just have to get through the weekend and make sure i dont slip up and see what my weight loss is like after then. ive been snacking on fruit and hardly using my syns cos havent really felt the need to. if i still dont lose ill ask my c about it and see what she says. thanks ill vheck out your food diary. i need to start filling mine in, i just forget or cant be bothered half of the time but i need to get back into doing it.

yeah the email was rubbish tbh, it was the wrong way round and when i rotated it you couldnt read half of it, so i was reading it on a side. it all sounds very complicated tbh. having so many points and picking out of light meals and main meals etc. i have really tried this week, so hard, i just have to get through the weekend and make sure i dont slip up and see what my weight loss is like after then. ive been snacking on fruit and hardly using my syns cos havent really felt the need to. if i still dont lose ill ask my c about it and see what she says. thanks ill vheck out your food diary. i need to start filling mine in, i just forget or cant be bothered half of the time but i need to get back into doing it.

i was going to suggest doing a food diary so we could have a snoop. just remember to try and use the 5 syns a day because they are there to aid losses. having no syns isnt good
