well i lost half a pound this week which i was pleased at. having some health problems at the minute which is contributing to my weight coming off at a snails pace as i feel so rubbish i just cant throw myself into it like i used to, im having an operation next week so have booked off w.i. next week and am just putting it on a back burner until i feel better, i dont expect i will lose weight in this time i will more than likely gain but i know the reason why so its not too bad, hopefuuly in 2 weeks time i will be back and able to throw myself into it fully again.

sometimes it's normal to have a really good week and have either a small loss or maintain (or even a gain)

i call it the "wall"- i've had it a few times- where i've been good but only lost half a pound. but a week or 2 later i've had a big loss
