It does get tougher this diet, but keep it up. You're doing fantastic.

Letmefadeaway, is that so you continue to lose weight whilst you're eating, therefore hopefully preventing weight gain in the future? If it is it sounds good to me, it's what I was thinking of doing but wasn't quite sure. Good luck, not long now b4 you get to goal. x

Yeah fifi. Thats what he said. He said i do the week of refeed and then i do a few weeks of maintanence just to make sure i am positive i can maintain it. He said the refeed was most important. He has people not follow it and pile on 8lb in a week because they dont refeed properly. So im just going to to everything he says then if i do pile it all on least i can blame the chemist lol
