skewers...help

have just bought some skewers and not sure of the syns could someone please haelp,i can work it out as the 20cal = 1 syn rule but not sure about the chicken being counted as the free food reducing the syns.

Oh no! The sweet chilli Frozen ones are 1 syn each on Red & EE, and 2 on green. Not much difference, though.

How much does each skewer weigh? The Tesco ones were 20... I think It makes a difference when you plug it into syns online.

If theyre 30g each then the satay ones are free on Red & EE and the chinese ones are 0.5syns on Red & EE
