ski mousse vitality

Can any one help me out here on my trip to the supermarket looking for something different as a treat for our packed lunch i saw these ski mousse, and muller vitality on offer , thought they may be low syns or even better free , can any one tell me what they are in syn values or if they are free?

Mousse does not qualify for a free food allowance so it will be a straight 1 syn per 20 calories. Looks like 4 syns on a quick scan.

The Muller Vitality are not fat free or sugar free so have syns in too:

The Ski mousses are lovely especially the lemon. I willingly spend 4 syns on these, it feels like im having a proper pud x
