Skimmed milk

Hi guys can anyone tell me the syn value of 100ml of skimmed milk if i dont use it has a He. Thanks in advance guys.

Well 568ml of skimmed milk is 9 syns, soooo 63 ml is 1 syn so I reckon round it up and call it 1.5 syns

Can probably be more accurate if you fancy some maths
