Skinny Latte!!!! yummers

Hiya,

Could someone tell me how many syns are in a Skinny Latte? (Im using the milk as my HEAs) so I assume that it wont be that many! (well hoping really!)

Depends where you got it from as an example Starbucks range from 5 syns (for tall) to 8 depending on the size. If I have the smallest from Starbucks I count the whole thing as an HE.
